- Tap Add for games you own or can bring.
- Mark Can Teach when you are comfortable explaining the game.
- Turn on Bring to Game Night only for games physically coming to that event.
03Vote in the Table Deal
Submit one, two, or three ranked choices—or choose only one. Teaching and hosting are separate from your ranking.
- Open Game Nights and select the correct named event.

- When Game Ballots Open appears, rank up to three games, mark whether you know them, and optionally offer to teach or host.
- Choose I’ll Play Anything if you are flexible, then tap Submit My Game Ballot. You may update it until the displayed deadline.
- Bringing a guest? Tap Add a Guest Ballot. The guest does not need an account.
04Organize and deal a Game Night
The organizer controls a simple four-stage workflow, including a quick event-night vote and final table assignments.
- Create or edit the Game Night. Set its start and end; a scheduled Ballot Deadline is optional.
- While Building Game Pool is shown, ask members to mark the physical games they are bringing.
- At the event, tap 5, 10, or 15 Minutes to open a short vote. Members can immediately submit choices and guest ballots.
- Tap Tabulate Now whenever everyone is finished; you do not have to wait for the countdown.
- Review the proposed tables, unassigned players, teachers, available time, copies, and minimum player counts, then Publish Assignments.
05Run the table
Table Tools keeps setup, play, scores, RPG combat, and useful utilities together once everyone sits down.
- Choose the Boss to select a first player, shuffle seats, or make teams.
- Use the live scorepad, round counter, turn tracker, and table timer.
- For RPGs, open the private initiative tracker and add a saved character from your vault.
- At the end, record the game, players, winner, scores, and duration.
06Build better game data
Every recorded play improves group statistics without forcing every player to enter the same result.
- One person records the table; other players do not need duplicate entries.
- Scores are optional because not every game uses comparable points.
- Cooperative, solo, team, guest, and tied results are supported.
- The Cartel calculates play counts, average scores, average winning scores, and typical duration.
07Join groups and conversations
Communication is invitation-only, and you must opt in before seeing or sending group messages.
- Open Groups & Messages from your dashboard.
- Accept or decline each invitation.
- Read and send messages using your public handle.
- Mute notifications or leave whenever you choose; organizers can moderate messages.
